A Homemade Christmas - BBQ Style

I almost forgot to post this... some of the Christmas gifts we made.

This year we decided on BBQ!

We made our own label... Named "Curly Fork BBQ"

We made a sauce, a marinade and a meat rub.
The marinade was a new recipe, the others tried and true.

We bottled the sauces in bottles we purchased here... Speciality Bottle
And we put together gift baskets that contained the 3 bottled goods, a basting brush and these super cool branding irons that you can brand your meat for rare, medium or well done. I am not sure where my husband found them, but they were not very expensive.

Furthermore, we did all the cooking and bottling in about a 2-3 hour period.
It went super quickly and it was fun for us all.
